Teaching Methodology

We at Bhavan Junior adhere to Student-Centered Approach to Learning, in which, teachers and students play an equally active role in the learning process. Teachers work as a coach and facilitate the learning process and overall comprehension of material. Learning of students is measured through both formal and informal forms of assessment, including group projects and class participation.

Teachers also follow the Bloom’s Taxonomy, the major idea of which is that what educators want students to know can be arranged in a hierarchy from less to more complex and the same levels are successive. One level must be completely absorbed and mastered before the next level can be reached.
